Brochure developed for Maximus, to be sent to potential Landlords. It is how the company presents itself to develop new sites for outdoor advertising.

The colour palette for this piece turned into a more sophisticated version than the sales brand pieces (in pink), with golden ink and a soft finishing on the cover.

The photography is hero in this brochure, following a relevant text in a layout that compliments the images. All these attributes give a sense of luxury and elegance along the whole piece.
